Yogadú: Customize Your Yoga Practice

Yogadú is a lifestyle app developed by YogadúApp for AndroidIt is not an app to learn yoga, but it is useful for beginning practitioners who want to customize their practice sessions. With Yogadú, you can determine the duration and repetitions of each asana in the session, as well as adding pauses between one asana and another, and deciding the duration of the pause.

Yogadú also allows you to add all the sun salutation asanas to the session, a premium feature. Once the practice session is set up, you can play it, and each asana will be successively represented with the duration, repetitions, pause time, and an image of the asana to be practiced. Before each asana, its name will sound in Sanskrit, and the beginnings and pauses will also be indicated with sounds of Tibetan bowls, as well as the beginning and end of the session. You can mute the name of the asanas, the gongs, the asana end warning, or mute everything completely.
